I have a lot of people to thank for the successes I've had so far, namely God, my parents, Canada, and the prayers I get from those who have walked into my life. I opened our first passport photo location in North York in 2000, our Scarborough location was established 17 years later in 2003. Each aspect of our operation is and has always been geared towards being reliable and making a positive difference in the lives of others.
Growing up, I made a deal with God. I told him that if he allowed me to become a success, I'd dedicate each day to easing his burden, never letting him down and always making him proud. If I don't do this each day I do not allow myself to eat, and as you can see from my size I've kept this promise!
My parents have gone through a lot in life to bring us to where we are and Canada has played a large role in my family's success story. Pierre Elliot Trudeau gave my parents the opportunity to come to this country and start a new journey. I firmly believe that now is the time to stand by his son Justin Trudeau and all fellow Canadians to outshine the rest of the world and show them who we are and what we stand for.
My stores are not just photo shops, Ive worked to create an environment that people can rely on, turn to if you need help, and most of all I want these shops to make people feel special! It is my life's mission to make a difference.
We recently began designing and selling special T-shirts to spread the pride, positivity and wisdom that Canada has given us. Our T-shirts are sold at cost to ensure equal access to our message!
I believe that if we all work together to spread the truth, values and morals that Canada stands for, the rest of the world will follow suit thus making this a better world to live in. Not only for today but for tomorrow. This may be a long shot but it's worth fighting for.
